Cops cuffed a 23-year-old motorcyclist after he collided into a car on Avenue H on June 21 and cops discovered that he didn’t have a license — but he did have a counterfeit police badge.

The suspect was riding along Avenue H toward Ralph Avenue — allegedly speeding — when he slammed into a Mercedes Benz two-door sedan making a left turn from E. 52nd Street onto Avenue H at about 8:30 pm, according to authorities.

The East Flatbush suspect crashed into the car’s driver’s-side window and then flew off his two-wheeler and landed on the pavement. His helmet fell off and emergency responders transported him to Kings County Hospital in critical condition with severe head injuries, police said.

Officials discovered the suspect’s police shield that he was carrying was a knock off, and he was riding his motorcycle without a proper license, insurance, or plates, according to authorities.

There were no other injuries reported, and police are continuing to investigate, officials said.
