A driver mowed down an elderly woman in Williamsburg as she was crossing the street on Tuesday afternoon, killing her, police said.

Magarita Seda, 80, of Manhattan Avenue, was walking across Grand Street at the intersection of Graham Avenue at 1:37 pm, when the driver a 1995 GMC truck turned left off of Graham into her, according to cops.

Emergency services personnel found Seda unconscious with head injuries and rushed her to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival, police stated.

Cops ticketed the driver of the truck, a 54-year-old from Massapequa, Long Island, for failing to yield to a pedestrian and reckless driving. Police are looking at whether to lay more charges on him, an NYPD spokesman said.
