The Jan. 24 breakfast-in-bed class at One Girl Cookies might be sold out, but you can still scoop up their Lucia bars, made from shortbread, chocolate and caramel, or the Enza biscotti with white chocolate and apricots.

While you’re in the Dean Street store, register for some of the upcoming classes in the ongoing series taught by owner and baker Dave Crofton (pictured). The future lessons will include “For the Love of Chocolate,” a dessert-making class in early February, and “Amber Waves of Grain,” a two-part bread-baking class in March.

If it turns out that you’re better at eating sweets than making them, go ahead and stock up on One Girl’s pre-made treats, which make a great snack in bed or just about anywhere else.

One Girl Cookies (68 Dean St. between Smith Street and Boreum Place in Cobble Hill) is open Monday through Thursday, 11 am to 7 pm, Friday and Saturday, 11 am to 9 pm and Sunday, 12 pm to 6 pm. For information, call (212) 675-4996 or visit the Web site at www.onegirlcookies.c….
