As part of the
Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s first annual Winter Celebration, on
Dec. 8, puppeteer Anna Vargas will present the classic fairy
tale, "The Snow Queen" (pictured) at noon in the auditorium.
Many other events, from book signings to tours, are scheduled
through 4:30 pm. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is located at 900
Washington Ave., and admission is $3, $1.50 students and free
