It’s no secret that Robicelli’s cupcakes are amazing.

Since closing their Bay Ridge deli a year ago, the husband-wife team have been busy feeding Brooklyn with their locally sourced, inventive desserts.

“People are obsessed with their cupcakes,” said Julia Greene, a sales associate at Market in Ditmas Park, one of 10 Brooklyn stores that stock the goods. “Everyone loves them.”

This will be the Robicellis’ first Thanksgiving since devoting themselves full time to the business of baked goods, so they’re not quite sure what to expect, beyond being very, very busy.

“If the last few weeks are any indication, we will be very busy this Thanksgiving,” said Allison Robicelli, who runs the company with her husband, Matt.

Just in time for the holiday, Market and other cupcake carriers will be taking special orders of the sweets, so you can lay them out next to the pumpkin pie. They’re sure to be a must-have this holiday, and we’ve got the scoop on the duo’s Thanksgiving menu:

• Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake: Pumpkin cake with cheesecake buttercream, dipped in chocolate ganache.

• Sweet Potato Pie: Sweet potato cake with vanilla buttercream and brown butter-bourbon pecans.

• Butternut Spice: Butternut squash cake with vanilla buttercream and spiced pumpkin seeds.

• Apple Maple Crisp: Apple spice cake with vanilla buttercream, roasted apple butter, oat crisp and locally sourced maple syrup.

• Bea Arthur: Black coffee infused chocolate cake with cheesecake buttercream and espresso ganache.

The last day to place an order is Nov. 21, and must be made in increments of dozens, though you can mix the flavors. For orders of more than two dozen, you can e-mail [email protected] to schedule a delivery (cash only) on the day before Thanksgiving.
