Expanding beyond its home state of New Jersey, the fast-casual, health-focused franchise Salad House has opened its 17th location in Brooklyn, at 2732 Ocean Ave. in Sheepshead Bay.
Founded in 2011 by Joey Cioffi, who serves as the company’s CEO, Salad House draws inspiration from the lessons Sofi learned growing up in his father’s New Jersey deli while catering to health-conscious customers.
“We have a proven track record of success in New Jersey, and I credit that to our team’s balance of business smarts and love of hospitality,” Cioffi said. “We strive to be a positive presence in every community we’re in, and we look forward to becoming part of this great neighborhood in Brooklyn.”
The Brooklyn location offers customizable salads, along with a variety of sandwiches, wraps, soups, appetizers, and smoothies. Popular menu items include the Fiesta CHX salad, Crispy Mutha Clucker Wrap, and Fit and Fueled salad, which features a mix of quinoa and chicken. The franchise prides itself on high-quality ingredients and a diverse menu that appeals to all lifestyles and diets, including vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, keto, and gluten-free.
Orders can also be placed through the Salad House mobile app, providing a streamlined way to access healthier options.
