Police have identified a 41-year-old man who they suspect raped a 16-year-old girl in Crown Heights earlier this year.
The suspect, who is known to split his time between New York City and Georgia, allegedly entered the basement of a Kingston Avenue residential building between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street at 10 a.m. on March 20, when he raped the teenage girl, police said.
