Dr. John Celona, an integral member of Visitation Academy’s Father’s Club, and the school itself, was awarded the St. Francis DeSales Award during the celebration of Mass.
The award is presented to someone who helps to advance the “Catholic Way” through their participation in the school, 8902 Ridge Boulevard in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, and its community.
Dr. Celona has served as president of the Father’s Club for four consecutive terms, and continues daily to attend to its functions and activities.
