Break out the fedora and practice your Lindy Hop: “Swing House” is back.
The vintage dance event from party people Gemini & Scorpio is coming to Gowanus’s “Green Building” for some Jazz Age-style revelry on April 24.
There’ll be jazz from Nick Palumbo and the Flipped Fedora Orchestra, with a free swing dance class before the festivities so you won’t be clueless on the dance floor. Berlin gypsy punk rockers Budzillus will be on board, as well as DJs remixing vintage grooves to get you moving in your zoot suit.
Burlesque beauties Jo Boobs and Amber Ray will also be on hand to spice up the night, and aerialists will bring some literal swing to the air.
Gatsby never attended a party this good.
