A crook tried to take eight energy drinks from a supermarket on Flatbush Avenue on Oct. 29, but he got silver bracelets instead of wings, cops said.

An employee of the Key Foods store, which is between Sterling Place and Carlton Avenue, told cops that he confronted the criminal at 3:40 pm, but the perp pulled out a box cutter and tried to cut him. Police did make an arrest and recovered all the Red Bull drinks.

A jerk stole a wallet from a yoga studio on Flatbush Avenue on Oct. 29.

The 39-year-old victim told cops that her wallet was gone from her purse when she got out of her 90-minute class at Bikram Yoga between Prospect Place and St. Marks Avenue at 7:30 pm. The crafty jerk then used the credit and debit cards to make unauthorized purchases.

Caught in the act!

A sloppy thief was caught trying to remove property from a man’s car on Dean Street on Oct. 25, cops said.

The 34-year-old victim told cops that he caught the perp trying to steal from his car at 8 pm between Underhill and Vanderbilt avenues. The cops arrested the man, as well as a friend who allegedly tried to prevent the officers from handcuffing his buddy.

Mean street

A drug dealer and his customer were busted in a heroin exchange on Dean Street on Oct. 24, cops said.

An officer said that he witnessed the deal at 7:10 pm between Grand and Classon avenues — and busted both the alleged buyer and seller. The officer also said that he confiscating more than $700 and a powder that police said turned out to be heroin.
