Police are hunting for the gunman who shot and killed a teen in Bushwick, and another male villain who acted as a lookout during the deadly attack.
The shooter on Saturday fired a single fatal bullet into 19-year-old Devontee Cameron’s chest near Bushwick Avenue and Weirfield Street — just down the street from the teenager’s Weirfield Street home — around 8:50 pm as his accomplice stood guard, cops said.
The gunfire sent the Cameron crashing to the ground, while the pair fled on Weirfield Street toward Evergreen Avenue, according to authorities, who said paramedics rushed the teen to Wyckoff Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
