Killed in costume
A gunman killed a 25-year-old woman and wounded another man during a bloody exchange outside the Sheepshead/Nostrand Houses.
Police said Ciera Glenn was leaving a Batchelder Street building between Avenues W and X at 5:45 am when she was shot in the thigh, abdomen and head. She was with a 27-year-old man who lived in the building.
Glenn, a resident of Crown Heights who had been leaving the building following a Halloween party, died at the scene.
The man she was with suffered a gunshot wound to the chin, and was able to take himself to the hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Cops are investigating the killing. Two guns were reportedly used in the bloodbath — a .22 caliber pistol and .45 caliber weapon, police said.

Egg lobbing loser
A 19-year-old mischief maker was arrested on Halloween after he foolishly lobbed an egg at an undercover police car.
Officials said that the unmarked cruiser was passing the corner of Mermaid Avenue and W. 19th Street at 7:10 pm when the area resident threw the egg at the vehicle.
The undercover cop said he swerved to avoid the egg and almost hit a pedestrian as a result.
The cop quickly hit the brakes and put the 19-year-old into custody, charging him with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Creepy conduct
A thief crept into an E. Fifth Street home on Oct. 28, and took $1,300.
The owner of the home, which is between Avenues U and V, said he was inside his home at 5:48 am when he heard a noise downstairs.
When he yelled downstairs, he saw the thief drop his wallet and leave the home.
While the wallet was recovered, the cash was not, the homeowner told police.
Verizon villain
A thief swiped three cellphones and a corporate credit card from a Verizon truck on Oct. 29, only to be arrested with the goods a short time later.
Police were told that the truck was left parked on E. 16th Street between Gravesend Neck Road and Avenue W in Sheepshead Bay at 11 am.
The driver returned to the truck to find the door had been forced open and the cabin looted, with the cellphones and the credit card missing.
Three hours later, when cops nabbed a 30-year-old thief for trespassing in a building on Brighton 14th Street, they found the stolen cellphones and credit card on him. He was charged with burglary and criminal possession of stolen property.
Beaten on Bay 23
A 36-year-old man attacked a rival on Bay 23rd Street on Oct. 24, leaving his victim with a smattering of injuries.
The victim said that he was arguing with his opponent between Cropsey and Bath avenues at 5:10 pm when the 36-year-old attacked, punching him in his head and body.
The victim suffered a bloody nose, as well as pains to his stomach. He sought help at a local hospital while cops arrested the would-be pugilist, charging him with assault.
Busted for DWI
A motorist was arrested on drunk driving charges on Nov. 1 following a night of Halloween revelry that almost ended in a car crash.
Police from the 62nd Precinct said the motorist was pulled over in his 2004 Dodge Durango at 2:10 am after he was found swerving in and out of lanes and nearly colliding with another car.
The motorist later scored a .160 on a Breathalyzer test, well over the legal limit, said police, who charged him with driving while intoxicated.
Three on one
Three thieves ganged up on a 19-year-old on E. 26th Street on Oct. 19 and ran off with the young man’s credit cards.
The victim was nearing Avenue X at 2:43 pm when the suspects surrounded him and forced him to hand over the cards.
Beaten and robbed
A thug attacked his 44-year-old girlfriend during a skirmish on W. Second Street on Oct. 24.
The victim told police she was embroiled in an argument with her beau in their home, which is between Avenue X and Avenue Y, at 10:30 am when he struck her in the face, broke their computer and fled with her 2005 Hyundai.
Cops were still trying to track the thief down by late Tuesday.
