Proud pet owners strutted out their natty pooches along the promenade %u2013 from Remsen to Orange streets %u2013 for the Seventh Annual Howl-O-Ween Doggie Costume Parade, transforming the bustling boardwalk into a boo-erific runway in honor of the calendar’s most blood-curdling day.
