This much is clear: Montague Street is knit to be reckoned with these days.
Volunteers sheathed the commercial corridor’s 69 parking meters in colorful custom-made wool booties on Wednesday night in an eagerly awaited public art project organized by the Montague Street Business Improvement District to gussy up the main street of Brooklyn Heights.
