Restaurant raid
Thieves robbed a Surf Avenue restaurant on Aug. 10.
Employees told police that the bandits broke in through the back door of the shop between W. 10th and W.12th streets at around 9 am, before nabbing speakers and cash.
High Rise
Pilferers looted a Surf Avenue business on Aug. 13.
An employee told police that the robbers go in through a fifth-floor window of the office at the intersection of Stillwell Avenue at around 3:30 am, before grabbing more than $3,800 worth of computer equipment.
Morning heist
A home invader stole more than $200 cash from an 86th Street residence on Aug.11.
The victim told police that the prowler broke in through a back window of the apartment between Avenue X and W. Seventh Street at around 8 am and ransacked the apartment.
