O stabbing

A man was stabbed twice in front of his Avenue O home on Oct. 31.

The victim, 37, was taking out the trash in front of the house, which is between West Seventh and West Eighth streets, at around 10 pm when a man in a black mask walked up to him and stabbed him once in the upper left leg and once in the upper right leg. The suspect then fled down Avenue O.

Comp-u-gym

Someone broke into a New Utretch Avenue gym on Oct. 25 and stole a computer.

The gym’s manager told police he arrived to open the building, which is between 85th and 86th streets, at around 7 am. Once inside, he noticed a side door to the building was wide open, and a computer keyboard and two monitors were missing from inside.

Gun mug

At least three men robbed another man at gunpoint on Bay 16th Street on Oct. 30.

The victim told police he was walking between Bath Avenue and Rutherford Place at around 11:30 pm when the suspects walked up to him and demanded money. When he refused, one of the men pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at the victim, who then handed over $220. The thugs fled up Bay 16th Street.

D-pressed

Two girls robbed another teenager as she rode a northbound D train on Oct. 29.

The 15-year-old victim said she boarded the train at the Bay 50th Street station at around 4 pm. A few stops later, the two suspects got on the train, walked up to the victim and commanded, “Run your pockets!”

The suspects then began to punch the girl in the body and face. When the train came to a stop, the victim ran off and onto the platform, but not before the bullies stole her jacket.

Burgle bucks

Someone burgled a home on 77th Street, between 18th and 19th avenues, on Oct. 24 and got lots of cash.

The 43-year-old owner of the home told cops he left the house just before 11 am. When he returned less than 12 hours later, someone had broken the lock off of the front door and taken more than $500 from inside.
