Someone broke into a Third Avenue bakery overnight on May 1 to steal more than $6,000.

The owner of Paneantico Bakery, near 92nd Street, told cops that she closed at 10 pm and returned the next morning to find that her cash had been swiped.

Platform panic

A dude the size of an NBA forward swiped an iPod from an 18-year-old woman at the Bay Ridge Avenue R train station on May 2.

The teenage victim told cops that she was waiting for the Manhattan-bound train at the stop, which is near Fourth Avenue, at around 12:40 pm when an unknown 6-foot-5 guy approached her, demanding her iPod. She frightfully complied and the perp then ran out of the station.

Gap grab

Someone swiped two pairs of denim shorts from the 86th Street Gap on May 2.

The manager at the store, which is between Fourth and Fifth avenues, told cops that the jeans were near the door at around 4:30 pm. A half hour later, employees noticed that the shorts were gone. No alarms were sounded.

Dark moon

Someone swiped $3,360 from a jacket inside a Fifth Avenue bar on May 6.

The victim told cops that he was hanging out in the Full Moon Saloon, between 83rd and 84th streets, at around midnight. He stepped outside to take a call, leaving his jacket inside. His cash was gone when he returned a half hour later.
