Baltic Street has block partying down pat

Party hearty!

Residents of Baltic Street took the command with a dollop of joy when they united with neighbors for their annual block party.

Shared food and friendship was the order of the day for dwellers of the stretch between Bond and Nevins streets, where party games and other amusements kept youngsters entertained while grown-ups fired up the grill and prepared summer goodies for the happy hordes.
