Cops are on the hunt for two thieves who stole a purse stuffed with $25,000 from a woman’s car while it was parked in Williamsburg on Oct. 13.
The filchers snatched the cash-loaded bag from the woman’s ride after she parked it on Debevoise Street between Avenue of Puerto Rico and Humboldt Street at 8:50 am and walked away, police said. When she returned she discovered her purse containing the money was gone, according to a report.
Surveillance cameras caught the crooks holding the woman’s beige bag as they walked away from her vehicle, authorities said.
