A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged in Bay Ridge for allegedly assaulting someone after fleeing from a car crash.

According to an NYPD spokesperson, Wisam Amin was driving a 2015 Lincoln SUV when he allegedly collided with the 33-year-old victim near 4th Avenue and 92nd Street on April 22.

Amin then fled the scene of the collision before exchanging information, even as cops responded to a report about the crash.

The victim chased after Amin, holding onto his car.

During the chase, Amin allegedly kept driving — dragging the victim for blocks and running him over with his vehicle.

Officers eventually stopped Amin near 3rd Avenue and 88th Street, where they took him into custody.

Authorities charged him with assault, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of the accident.

Emergency medical personnel took the victim to a local hospital in stable condition to be treated for pain and abrasions to the body.
