Child kidnapped along with stolen car found safe in East New York

Cops located a missing Six-year-old boy who vanished along with a stolen car in Canarsie on Monday.

Rondald Mowatt was in the backseat of a white Acura parked on Avenue L near E. 96th Street at 1:15 pm, when a thief sat down in the driver’s seat and drove off with both the SUV and the youngster, according to police.

Investigators found the youngster safe and sound in East New York at 3 pm, still in the backseat of the stolen vehicle, which was also recovered, cops said.

The suspect remains at large, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
