Police are looking for a creep who they say masturbated at a worker at Pratt Institute on Willoughby Avenue on Aug. 8.
The 46-year-old victim told cops she was cleaning floors in the hallway of the chemistry building, which is in the center of the campus between Hall Street and Classon Avenue, at 8:40 am when the suspect approached her, unzipped his pants, and began his obscene display.
The guy stands 5-feet-9 and weighs 180 pounds, police stated. He was last seen wearing the red jeans and black T-shirt that appear in the surveillance footage and stills police released, law enforcement officials said.
