The bandit tried to pass himself off as the driver and run the card at a deli on 86th Street between 25th and Stillwell avenues in Gravesend, but when the man behind the counter called him on it, the counterfeit fled, leaving behind the stolen credit card and the real driver’s identification card, police reported.

The robber grabbed a knife from the kitchen and put it to the woman’s chest while she lay in bed, cops related. The villain took $800 from the woman before fleeing, officials said.
Raising cane
