Daytime shoot-out in Bushwick

A pair of boneheads got into a daytime shoot-out on the streets of Bushwick on Wednesday, huddling behind cars and indiscriminately firing into the street, according to a report.

The gunfight started at 6:45 pm, when the two yahoos whipped out their pistols on Menahan Street between Bushwick and Evergreen avenues and started shooting at each other, cops said. A surveillance video shows one of the men hiding behind a car and firing down the street a handful of times.

No one was injured in the skirmish, according to a report.

Cops said they recovered two .380-caliber casings and one .22-caliber casing at the scene.

Law enforcement officials ask people with information about the men’s identities to call (800) 577–8477, submit tips at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com, or text-message them to 274637, then enter “TIP577.”
