The death of a 1-year-old girl in Crown Heights last week has been ruled a homicide, cops said Thursday.

Cops and paramedics responded to a report of an unconscious child inside a St. Marks Place apartment at about 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 15, police said. The baby had multiple injuries around her body and was rushed to NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County in critical condition. The New York Daily News reported the girl was suffering from broken bones and head trauma.

The child was later transferred to Maimonides Medical Center, where she died from her injuries on Sept. 20, according to the NYPD. Investigators have since deemed her death a homicide. An investigation is ongoing, and no arrests had been made as of Sept. 21.
