East 52nd St. has all the ingredients for fun

Festive frolickers soaked in equal parts sunshine and community spirit during a block party along East 52nd Street.

The neighborhood bustled with fun-filled frolics as mom, dad and the kids joined friends and neighbors for the outdoor extravaganza between Linden Boulevard and Church Avenue.

While older merrymakers worked on their suntans and cooked up grilled goodies on the barbie, the pint-sized crowd enjoyed games, sports tourneys and more along the traffic free stretch.
