A former Brooklyn Supreme Court judge was forced to resign from the New York State bar last week after pleading guilty to bilking a deceased aunt’s estate.
Prosecutors said that the plea deal against Michael Garson, 63, was hammered home on April 22 after he made his final restitution payment to the estate of Sarah Gershenoff.
