A pair of perps threatened a man with a gun, punched him in the face, and stole $300 and his cellphone in a W. Seventh Street apartment building on March 21, the man told police the next day.

The incident occurred in the building between Avenue P and Quentin Road at around 11:45 pm, according to the report, which added that the man was making a delivery to the building when one of the villains approached him to say it was his order, before dragging the man down to the basement, where he flashed his firearm and demanded his money, keys, phone, and bike. And the other perp told the man, “if you don’t do what we say, you won’t live to speak about it,” before he punched him in the face. The pair then fled towards Bay Parkway, police said.

Bank robbery

A thief stole a man’s cellphone and wallet with his driver’s license and social security card inside after he left the items at an 18th Avenue bank on March 19.

The theft occurred from the bank at 67th Street at around 2:30 pm, when the man left the bank and then returned after he realized he forgot the goods.

Bike snatch

A sneaky swiper stole a woman’s phone — worth $950 — out of her hand on 86th Street on March 19.

The incident occurred at Avenue U around 4 pm, when the punk rode up behind the woman on a black bicycle and snatched her phone before fleeing down Stillwell Avenue towards Kings Highway, police said.

Car break-in

Police arrested a man who allegedly broke into a car parked on Bay Ridge Avenue on March 20 and stole a cellphone and credit card.

The alleged break-in and theft occurred between 17th and 18th avenues at around 1 am, police said.

Electric steal

A thief stole electronics from a man’s 82nd Street apartment on March 20.

The theft occurred from the apartment between 19th and 20th avenues at some before 11 am, when the man returned home to find his bedroom window and apartment door open, according to the report.

Window of opportunity

A crook stole a woman’s purse — which had her iPhone 7, debit and credit cards, passport, and driver’s license inside — from her car parked on Bay 16th Street on March 21.

The theft occurred from the parking spot between Cropsey Avenue and Shore Parkway at around 3:40 am, when the woman told police she left her car window open while she went inside her house nearby for less than five minutes.

Digital robbery

A crook stole $3,800 from a Bath Avenue woman’s bank account at some point between March 23 and 24.

The woman — who lives between Bay 19th and Bay 20th streets — told police that the theft occurred at some point after 10 am on March 23, when she noticed the perp made a digital withdrawal, according to the report, which added that the woman told officers she had her card the entire time.

Bad business

A baddie stole a man’s wallet with his credit, debit, and social security cards inside from an 86th Street business on March 24.

The theft occurred at the business at Bay 29th Street around noon, according to police, who added that the crook stole the goods from an employee’s backpack after he entered the building through an unlocked side door.
