Have gun, will order around

Cops are looking for a gun-toting thief who barked orders at his 29-year-old victim as he waved his pistol around.

The victim said that he had just left his friend’s home on 14th Avenue and was approaching 10th Avenue and 72nd Street at12:10 a.m. October 14 when a stranger approached with a gun in his hand.

“Don’t move, hands up! Turn around!” the gunman said as he whirledthe victim in the opposite direction.

As the thief kept his gun trained on the man’s back, an accomplice reportedly went through the victim’s pockets, taking an iPod and a set a keys.

The two thugs then ran off into the night, leaving the victim unharmed, officials said.

Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward. Calls can be made to the 68th Precinct at (718) 439-4211. All calls will be kept confidential.

A 14-year-old boy was robbed and nearly turned into a pretzel during an encounter on the Seventh Avenue pedestrian overpass last week.

The victim said that he was on the crosswalk spanning the highway near 72nd Street at 3:20 p.m. on October 14 when two thugs ran up to him.

“We’re not going to hurt you, give me all you got,” the thieves demanded as they grabbed his hoodie and pulled it over his head.

When the teen fought back and tried to run away, the suspects grabbed hold of the victim, forcing his head between his own legs, according to a police report.

With the teen subdued, the suspects went through his pockets, and ran off with his Sidekick cell phone.

Cops were still looking for the thieves as this paper went to press.

A thief hoofed off with 40 pairs of Apple Bottom sneakers found in a van raided on 74th Street.

The 30-year-old victim said that he parked his 1999 Chevy van was parked near 7th Avenue at midnight on October 13, leaving the $1,400 footwear windfall in the back.

When he retrieved the van at 5:30 a.m. he noticed that someone had popped open the side door of the van.

The sneakers, as well as a laptop computer and a Guess jacket were missing, officials said.

Over $10,000 and an assortment of jewelry were swiped from a home on Gelston Avenue near 90th Street last week.

Police believe that a thief entered the home by breaking a rear basement window sometime after 10 a.m. on October 14, when the 55-year-old homeowner left for the day.

The thief made his way to the second floor where the loot was found.

When the victim returned at 5 p.m. that afternoon, she found a broken basement window, a damaged glass door on the second floor and all her cash and baubles missing, police said.

Police are continuing their hunt for the gunman who robbed a Giuffre Kia employee of $125,000 in receipts and his car during a daring heist.

Police were told that the 26-year-old employee was heading over to the TD Bank branch on Fifth Avenue near 82nd Street when two men confronted him, motioning to their shirts as if they had a handgun hidden underneath.

One of the men yanked the deposit bag containing the money out from under his left arm. But when the stunned victim didn’t balk, the pushy thieves pressed on.

“You know what, give me the car too,” the thief said as he snatched the keys to the victim’s 2007 Honda Accord from his hands.

The victim ran off as the second thief tried to take his cell phone. He told police that he heard the duo get into his car and drive off down 82nd Street toward Fourth Avenue.
