Knights charge ahead – Madison ladies 4-for-4 in recent play

Heading into Spring Break, the Madison lady Knights knew that they needed some momentum by trying to win a few games down this crucial stretch. They did more than just win a few games; they went 4-for-4 in last week’s games as they beat three divisional opponents and a Staten Island rival. After loosing 5-1 to Tottenville on April 12, the lady Knights have strung together a four-game winning streak heading into the recess with a 10-1 record. But the Lincoln lady Railsplitters are not rolling over and letting Madison run away with division. They went 3-for-3 with two wins against divisional opponents to post up a 9-2 record, just a mere one game behind the lady Knights, as of press time.
