Order of the Rainbow

A “Prospective Member Day” and open house for the young women of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is scheduled for May 17 at the Midwood Masonic Hall, 1348 East 64th Street at 12 p.m.

The “Prospective Member Day” will allow for members of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls to meet with potential members, their families and friends, and for any invited guests who would like to know more about Rainbow.

Members of the community are invited to come and learn what the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls has to offer young women today.

Information will be provided about Rainbow’s 86-year history and its dedication to the young women of the world.

All visitors will have the opportunity to speak with members, advisors and parents, who can explain why they believe in Rainbow.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a youth service and charity organization comprised of girls between the ages of 11 and 20, and sponsored by the Masonic Fraternity.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls in the State of New York strives to teach each of its members the skills necessary for a young woman to be confident, competent and successful in an ever-changing world.
