She had nowhere to turn.

The woman raped twice in one hour in Clinton Hill on the morning of Aug. 31 went to her second attacker seeking help after the first assault, documents released by prosecutors state. Instead of calling 911, prosecutors say the man uttered these chilling words:

“I’m going to do the same thing to you.”

Police arrested a 21-year-old Red Hook man on Wednesday who they say committed the second rape.

The terrible attacks began when the 31-year-old victim said she was walking on Gates Avenue between Irving Place and Classon Avenue at 5 am and a man approached, threw her onto a set of stairs, and said, “You are going to s— my d— or I am going to shoot you. I have a gun.”

He then raped her, according to the state.

The accused grabbed her purse before he fled, prosecutors said.

The stunned survivor made it less than a block away to Irving Place between Gates and Putnam avenues when she encountered the second suspect and asked him for help, the District Attorney’s Office said. But the accused turned on her, threatening that he was armed and raping her again, according to a criminal complaint.

Cops arrested a 17-year-old from Clinton Hill for the first attack and charged him with robbery, a “criminal sexual act,” assault, and sexual abuse. The second suspect has been charged with a “criminal sexual act” and sexual abuse.
