Rock out this weekend in Bay Ridge!

This Ridge is a-rockin’ this weekend!

On Friday night, amble down to Brooklyn Firefly (7003 Third Ave. at Ovington Avenue) to hear songstress Hanna Gill belt out her jazzy new single “I Feel Awake,” backed up by a four-piece live band. The eclectic artist will belt out some soulful songs, along with tunes reminiscent of Lana del Ray, Regina Spektor, and Florence and the Machine. She takes the mic at 8 pm.

The next day, rock out with party band Full Disclosure at Red, White, and Brew (8910 Fifth Ave. between 89th and 90th streets). The neighborhood favorite will start its free, four-hour set of rock, pop, and Motown covers at 3:30 pm.

After the show, head to the Greenhouse Café (7717 Third Ave. between 77th and 78th streets) for a bite to eat and some late-night tunes courtesy of Head Over Heels. The eight-member group performs modern party hits, including “Call Me Maybe,” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” and “Party Rock,” and you can start dancing to the free tunes at 10 pm.

On Sunday, clear your music-filled mind with some fresh air with a visit to Leif Ericson Park (66th Street at Eighth Avenue). And if you arrive at 11 am, you can help the Parks Department to clean up your local green space.

After your good works, reward yourself with some Irish and Italian tunes and hearty plates of food at the Irish-Italian Celebration at Our Lady of Angels Church (7320 Fourth Ave. at 73rd Street). Tony Kenny, the Irish Dancers, and the Trinity Irish Band will play tunes from the land of the lucky, and Aaron Caruso will serenade the crowd with Italian hits. A themed dinner will follow the hour-and-a-half show, which kicks off at 2:30 pm. The show will set you back $50, and dinner costs an additional $15.
