The 62nd Precinct Community Council will present The Michael J. Ferraro Community Service Award to graduates of elementary schools within the boundaries of the 62nd Precinct, at 7:30 p.m., June 10 at the St. Finbar Center, 1825 Bath Avenue.
Ferraro was a concerned community leader who took an active role in various activities within the area to make the neighborhood viable. He also was the head of the Board of Trade.
