Designer thief
A purse snatcher made off with a woman’s designer handbag during a Dec. 21 robbery on 13th Avenue.
The Victim was heading towards 73rd Street at around 9:40 pm, when the thief crept up from behind and snatched her purse — a fancy $800 Louis Vuitton bag.
Game over
A thief snagged a woman’s iPhone as she played with her aps while riding the N train on Dec. 22.
The victim’s train was lumbering toward the Fort Hamilton Parkway station at around 12:20 am, where a man wearing a yellow jacket swiped the smart phone from the woman’s hands, cops said.
Smoked bagel
A crew of thieves burglarized the Bagel Barn on 65th Street on Dec. 21, nabbing an assortment of cigarettes and more than $1,000.
The thieves entered the business between 12th and 13th avenues through a window sometime after 7 pm, taking the smokes and a safe the cash was in.
Stealing spree
A thief burglarized a man’s Third Avenue apartment on Dec. 24, nabbing more than $20,000 in cash, jewelry, and Armani clothing.
The thief entered the apartment between 68th and 69th streets through the rear living-room window sometime after 9:20 pm that night, police said.
