Diamond Nights, February 13, 8 p.m., $5; with Cheeseburger Jug Addicts: This will be a rare alignment of the rock cosmos not to be missed before the Diamonds return to their catabombs for the next thousand years.

Jackie Greene, February 14, 9 p.m., $12; with John Biz: Discovered at an open mike night, multi-instrumentalist Jackie Greene played most of the instruments on his debut record, Gone Wanderin’.

VV Brown,February 15, 8:30 p.m., free: British Singer/songwriter and producer VV Brown released her debut album “Travelling Like The Light,” influenced by 1950s and electronic music as well as sounds emitted from Game Boy and Nintendo, in July 2009.

Wavves, February 16, 12 p.m., free; with MNDR: In honor of Fat Tuesday and its venerable tradition of indie rock and bicycle processions, enjoy a night of lo-fi surf punk and two-wheeled parade pageantry to put New Orleans to shame. Wavves, along with rising beat-maker, dance-starter MNDR will perform.

ArpLine, February 17, 9 p.m., free; with Class Actress, Light Asylum: Come celebrate the release of ArpLine’s debut album! (Dancing shoes required).

Hank and Cupcakes,February 18, 8 p.m., free; with Glint: Mind-stirring and avant-garde, with a gritty rock vocal and continuous deliverance of catchy, perfectly executed bass walks.

The Pimps of Joytime, February 19 9 p.m. The Pimps of Joytime cross all the barriers and bridges all the gaps between underground funk, soul, pop, dance, afrobeat and Latin, filling every song with soulful harmonies and great vibes.
