A gunman killed a man and wounded two women in Bushwick on early on Sunday morning, according to the NYPD.
The shooter opened fire in front of a Bushwick Houses building at 12:30 am, police said. The shots hit 24-year-old Jahmal Jerome in the head, plugged a 47-year-old woman in the leg, and grazed the head of a 50-year-old woman, then fled around the back of the building, law enforcement officials said.
Jerome lived on Sands Street in Vinegar Hill’s Farragut Houses, cops stated.
The incident was caught on surveillance video, said cops, who say a guy in his 20s with long hair is responsible.Officers are still investigating a motive, law enforcement officials said.
