Diamonds aren’t forever

A cat burglar swiped a diamond ring while it’s owner was showering in her 68th Street apartment on Jan. 7. 

The victim told police that she went to shower in her apartment between 19th and 20th avenues at around 10 am, and she returned to find her $18,000 ring missing and the door ajar. 

Fool order 

A gun-wielding brute tried to rob a delivery driver at an Ovington Avenue home on Jan. 7. 

The victim told police that the savage brandished a black firearm and threatened to take all of the delivery driver’s money at the home between 67th and 68th streets at around 1:20 pm, but the driver made it away successfully.
