Want to know what we’re thankful for this Thanksgiving? These following restaurants, which will be keeping their ovens and stoves running this Nov. 25 so you don’t have to. Here’s a sampler of Thanksgiving menus across the borough, depending on what you’re looking for:

For the foodie

Carroll Gardens throwback Prime Meats will be serving its regular breakfast, lunch and dinner menu on Thanksgiving, but you’ll really want to go for its Thanksgiving Special, comprised of confit turkey leg, pretzel dumpling stuffing, honey roasted beauregard sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts and cranberry sauce, all for $20. For an extra $6, throw in an apple or pumpkin pie. And stick around for some apertifs, such as spiked cider, hot buttered rum and mulled wine.

Over in Park Slope, modern French restaurant A.O.C. Bistro is putting a twist on all of your favorite Thanksgiving dishes, starting with the pumpkin soup with white truffle, and a baby spinach salad with cranberry roasted pecans and goat cheese. The main course is roasted turkey with veal and chestnut stuffing served with mashed potatoes, string beans and black truffle gravy. Finish it off with some pumpkin pie, if you have the room.

Fort Greene’s iCi also will be serving a three-course Thanksgiving meal, where you’ll have to decide between butternut squash soup, chestnut risotto or a fall vegetable salad for a starter. For the main course, there’s roasted turkey with potato puree, cranberry sausage stuffing and red wine roasted Brussels sprouts, or you can try the grilled lemon-thyme stuffed branzini or stuffed acorn squash. For dessert, choose from the pumpkin mousse, chocolate pecan pie or a mini apple tart — or come with enough people to try all three.

“People come here to have a wonderful Thanksgiving meal, with the Thanksgiving spirit, as well as a fine dinner, without the stress of cooking in the kitchen,” said owner Catherine Saillard. “It’s very lovely, totally mellow, warm and cozy.”

In Ditmas Park, slow-food favorite Farm on Adderley has you covered with its three-course meal, comprised of a pear salad to start, traditional roasted turkey with trimmings for the main course, and root beer cake for dessert. That sounds like fun.

For the traditionalist

Don’t let the name deter you; on Thanksgiving, De Stefano’s Steakhouse is all about the turkey. Its Thanksgiving fixed menu features bacon-wrapped candied prunes, a mixed green salad, a choice of Italian wedding or butternut squash soup, and a main course of turkey breast with all the standard trimmings of stuffing, sweet potatoes, corn and cranberry sauce. For dessert, choose from apple, pumpkin or coconut custard pie.

In Mill Basin, Buckley’s is staying open to serve you your turkey, complete with soup, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, creamed onion and cranberry sauce. There’s also a choice of steak. For dessert, get a slice of pumpkin pie.

It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without venerable Carroll Gardens classic Marco Polo, owned by the beloved Joe Chirico. For just $36, guests will enjoy a three-course repast — either a traditional turkey dinner or an assortment of Italian dishes including grilled steak, tilapia oreganata and chicken in a Grand Marnier sauce.

Fornino may be known for its grilled pizza, but the Park Slope restaurant can also serve up quite a Thanksgiving meal. Guests have a choice of salad, butternut squash soup, three-cheese ravioli or an individual pizza for an appetizer. For the main course, there’s a variety of meat dishes, from roasted duck to brisket or salmon, to choose from. The big dish of the night however, will be the turkey dinner, which includes corn bread, apple and herb stuffing, broccoli florets and garlic chips topped with gravy. Dessert will also be on the menu, if you can save some room for it.

Vegans aren’t forgotten at Foodswings this Thanksgiving, where they can enjoy a prix fixe four-course dinner, including empanadas, roasted butternut soup with pumpkin seeds and seitan sausage stuffed acorn, finished with a Dutch apple pie with coconut ice cream.

“It’s going to be laid back, just completely great, family-style,” said chef Chad Johnson.

For those who are strictly kosher, the Mill Basin Kosher Deli offers a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu featuring pastrami wrapped in pineapple or stuffed derma in gravy for an appetizer, soups like chunky turkey gumbo and matzo ball, and a choice of roasted turkey, hot brisket or half rotisserie chicken.

The Greenhouse Cafe in Bay Ridge has a little bit of everything this Thanksgiving, if you need choice. Appetizers include a Caesar salad, lobster bisque or lasagna. For an entrees, there’s the classic dish of turkey with sweet potatoes, sausage bagel stuffing and cranberry sauce, or shrimp scampi, boneless roasted duck, broiled salmon and boneless shell steak. Desserts include pumpkin pie and chocolate mousse. And don’t be afraid to bring the whole family — a kid’s menu includes fresh fruit, turkey dinner or chicken parmigiana with ice cream.
