Vaping-related robbery

Two fiends robbed a pack of vape pods from an Ocean Avenue storefront on Nov. 12. 

Police said one of the shoplifters held the victim’s arms behind his back inside the store between Kings Highway and Avenue P around 1:25 am while the other swiped the stolen goods.

Silent heist 

A thief attempted to rob an Avenue U bank on Nov. 12. 

The bank teller told police that the bandit passed her a note saying that he had a gun inside the storefront between E. 17th and E. 18th streets around 9:20 am, but she pressed the panic button and the goon fled empty handed.

Scootin’ away 

Four bandits snagged a scooter and airpods from two people on Avenue Y on Nov. 11. 

The victims told police the pillagers approached them between E. 28th and E. 29th streets around 6:50 pm and when trying to get away one of the ruffians punched one of the victims in the face.
