This cop is driving burglars crazy! Officer Edward Hugee (left) was named the 66th Precinct’s “Cop of the Month” for March for taking down a burglary crew on Dahill Road. Deputy Inspector John Sprague, the precinct’s commanding officer (right), said that Hugee and his partner were responding to the burglary call when they found the thieves loading video games and flat-screen TVs into the back of a Honda Civic parked in the homeowner’s driveway. The cops blocked the driveway, giving the thieves nowhere to go, Sprague said, adding that both suspects had criminal records.
