Hit man

A bruiser on a bike followed a woman to her home on Downing Street and snatched her purse on Christmas Day.

The 28-year-old victim was near Putnam Avenue at 3:05 am when the thug wheeled up and asked, “Are you alright?”

When she tried to shut her front door, the brute pushed it open and struck her with a metal object. He looked to her bag and ordered, “Give me that or I’ll hit you again!”

The woman gave up her pocketbook and the crook rode away with her iPhone, cards and $120.

A knife-wielding robber attacked a man on Willoughby Street on Dec. 20 — slashing his hand and chin in a struggle over an earring.

The victim told cops he was near St. Edwards Street at 9:45 pm when the middle-aged tough demanded, “Give me your earring and everything you got!”

When the victim fought back and grabbed onto the blade, the crook fled.

The 26-year-old victim had just exited the Clinton-Washington subway station at 12:40 am when a stranger grabbed him by the neck and threw him to the ground.

Lose the threads

Some jerk stole $15,000 in clothes and diamond jewelry from a car parked along Washington Avenue on Dec. 23.

The 45-year-old victim left her car near Washington Avenue at 2 pm. When she returned late that night, a window was busted open and her duffel bag — containing J Crew duds and gold and diamond bangles — was gone.

Park and ride

A quartet of marauders attacked a man on Park Avenue on Dec. 22 — stealing $400 and an iPhone before driving off in his vehicle.

The victim was getting into his car parked near N. Oxford Street at 11 pm when the thieves approached. One marauder hopped into the passenger seat while another pushed the driver out.

The crooks fled in his Toyota Camry — which was later recovered at North Elliott Place.

Tech dirt

Some goon scored a MacBook, iPad, Ray-Bans and other goodies left unattended on St. James Place on Dec. 21.

The 38-year-old victim told cops he left his stuff near Fulton Street at 10 pm and went into his residence to get his car keys. When he returned seconds later, his grab bag of $3,160 in merchandise had been grabbed.
