Stabbed
Police arrested a 16-year-old who they say took part in the stabbing of a man, seriously injuring him, on Cook Street on Nov. 25.
The man told police that he was between Graham Avenue and Broadway at 1:30 am when six men surrounded him. One of them stabbed him in his right shoulder and neck.
The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital. A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and police found him in possession of a gravity knife. Five other marauders are still on the loose.
Break-in
Someone broke into a woman’s Union Avenue apartment and stole several pricey electronics on Nov. 19.
The woman told police that she came back to her abode between Ten Eyck and Stagg streets at 2 pm to find her fire escape window open and several items, including a MacBook Pro, a Canon camera, a Canon lens, and a Roxy backpack, missing.
The total value of the stolen items was $4,970.
Resisting
Police arrested a man who they say punched a police officer in the face on Meserole Street on Nov. 26 — and then resisted arrest.
The police officer reported that she tried to apprehend a suspect in the hallway of a building between Bushwick Avenue and Waterbury Street at 1:50 am when he punched her, causing swelling to her face.
He then started to flail his arms as she tried to arrest him, and she twisted her right knee while trying to subdue him, police said. The 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault, and the police officer was taken to a hospital.
Honda stolen
A tricky thief took off in a car parked on S. 10th Street on Nov. 25.
The woman told police that she came outside of her apartment between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street at 1 pm to find that someone had stolen her 2010 Honda CRV. The car was worth $28,000.
Blackout
A crook stole items from a man’s Orient Avenue apartment on Nov. 21 — after the victim returned home from a night of heavy drinking and told police he may or may not have brought someone home with him.
The victim told cops he had a wild night out on the town, and when he woke up in his home between Metropolitan Avenue and Olive Street at 9 am the next day, he found many of his belongings gone, including a $100 coat, his wallet, his iPhone, a computer worth $1,500, and an Apple computer screen worth $700.
No stealing fries
Police arrested a 20-year-old man who they say stabbed and threatened a man on Havemeyer Street on Nov. 23.
The victim told police that he was at near S. Second St. at 4:50 pm when he confronted an acquaintance about why he was eating and drinking his food. The suspect responded by stabbing him in the arm, but managed to only cut his jacket.
He then told the victim, “I’m going to call my friends and we’re going to come back with machine guns and kill you.”
Police reported that the suspect sometimes stays at the victim’s house, and now the victim fears for his life.
Take those headphones off
Two teens attacked and robbed a 15-year-old girl on Johnson Avenue on Nov. 20.
The girl told police that she was near Bushwick Avenue at 3 pm on her way home from school when two other teenagers grabbed her silver Beats by Dre headphones and her iPhone.
They also swung her around by her arm, but she was not injured, said police.— Danielle Furfaro
