Cops are still searching for the three pilferers they say pulled one over on a man looking for love in Brooklyn late last month.
According to police, the man had over $2,000 worth of personal property stolen by three thieves on Dec. 28. after he was lured into a Fort Greene apartment building by a woman he met on a dating app.
The victim, 28, reported to police that he met a woman, who used the name Nana, on a dating app called ‘Instinct’ and that they met up outside the apartment building she claimed to live in on Fulton Street at around 2 p.m.
Following an invitation by the woman to come inside and smoke weed, the pair were lighting up on the third floor staircase when three men appeared demanding the victim hand over his personal belongings. One of the thieves then pointed a firearm at the man’s head as the others went through his pockets, taking his cell phone, cash, car keys and Apple AirPods, police said.
Cops have yet to catch the culprits.
