Jump the gun

A pistol-wielding bandit held up two pals on Hanson Place on Jan. 10 — stealing an iPhone, glasses, a backpack and driver’s license.

The victim said that he had just left a bar and was near Ashland Place at 10:20 pm when a stranger grabbed his bag and brandished a silver gun.

The friends dropped their belongings and the creep fled north on Ashland Place.

Gang of four

A band of robbers snatched a woman’s backpack on Clifton Place on Jan. 13.

The victim told cops that she was near Grand Avenue at 3:45 am when a thug pushed her from behind and another ripped away her bag — containing her wallet, Social Security card and driver’s license.

She chased after the four thieves but got left behind on Classon Avenue.

Grab and go

A rogue plucked a woman’s purse from a Fulton Street coffee shop on Jan. 9 as she had a cup of joe with friends.

The Manhattanite told police that she was at Beny’s Delice near Clinton Avenue at 5:30 pm when a thief grabbed her bag from a counter and fled.

He got away with $75, a cellphone, cards and a Swiss army knife.

Call collect

A teenage marauder socked a student for his iPhone on the Long Island University campus on Jan. 11.

The victim told cops that he was near Willoughby Street at 3 pm when a teenage thief punched him in the face, yanked his phone and fled.

Mobile groan

A trio of marauders pummeled a man on S. Oxford Street on Jan. 9 to steal his iPhone and laptop bag.

The victim told cops that he was near Fulton Street at 9:18 pm when a crook knocked him to the ground and punched him in the face. Another brute stole his cell.

The man was sent to Brooklyn Hospital with cuts to his left cheek, a bloody nose and swollen lip.

Phone haul

Some goon snatched a woman’s iPhone on a Queens-bound G train on Jan. 11.

The victim told police that the train stopped at Fulton Street at about 9:25 pm. That’s when a thief yanked her cellphone and ran out the doors.

Demolition man

A vandal broke into a vacant Grand Avenue apartment last week — smashing all the pad’s windows and yanking cabinets from the wall.

The landlord told cops that he left his building near Park Avenue on Jan. 9 and returned three days later to find one apartment had turned into a disaster zone.

Nothing was stolen, but the vandal punched holes in the wall.

Shelter bully

A boarder at a Tillary Street women’s shelter snatched another resident’s Metrocard on Prince Street on Jan. 9 — beating her up for the second time after putting her on crutches last month.

The victim told cops that she was near Myrtle Avenue at 10:30 am when the dastardly acquaintance yanked her billfold and yelled, “I’m not going back to jail!”

Freecycle

A brazen thief stole an expensive bike from Atlantic Avenue on Jan. 11 as its owner visited the Atlantic Terminal DMV.

The victim told cops that he chained his $1,200 bicycle near Flatbush Avenue at 2:30 pm. When he returned two hours later his white Gary Fisher speed cycle was gone.

Target-ed!

Cops arrested a worker at the Atlantic Terminal Target on Jan. 13 who they say stole more than $2,000 from a register this month.

A manager told police that a security camera caught the 20-year-old cashier pilfering loads of cash several times since Jan. 1.

Mall rat

A two-bit crook whacked a woman in the head at Atlantic Terminal Mall on Jan. 14 — trying to steal her purse but getting away empty-handed.

The victim told cops that she was leaving Marshals near Flatbush Avenue at 5:30 pm when the stranger started arguing with her and made a grab for her handbag.

The creep fled and the woman was sent to New York Methodist Hospital in Park Slope for a cut to her forehead.
