Snow, wife drive him mad!

This relentless winter finally sent one drunken man over the edge on Jan. 26 — he was arrested for choking his wife after she complained about the snow.

The woman told cops that she told her husband, who had been drinking at their home on N. Eighth Street and Wythe Avenue, to shovel the snow at about 4:15 pm. The soused jerk apparently went berserk and wrapped his hands around her neck, and was promptly arrested.

Gamer

A video game addict broke into a Metropolitan Avenue home on Jan. 25 and stole a gun, a TV, a Playstation 3 and a Nintendo.

The victim told cops that he arrived at home, which is near Graham Avenue, at about 10:45 am to find the bedroom window open and the expensive gaming devices gone, along with a safe that contained a gun.

Church job

A pen-wielding thief held up a bunch of parishioners at Greenpoint Reformed Church on Jan. 28.

The victims told cops that the hooligan went into the church, which is between Franklin Street and Manhattan Avenue, at about 7 pm and asked if he could pray. Then the jerk pulled out a pen and held it to one parishioner’s neck, demanding cash. He made off with $57.

Brutal rape

A heartless cretin raped a girl at her Skillman Avenue apartment after he gave her a ride home from a Manhattan club on Jan. 30.

The 21-year-old victim told cops that the two arrived at her home, which is near Woodpoint Road, at about 5 am, when the thug forced her inside and attacked her. He fled before she could call the cops.

Stolen cars

• A thief swiped a Honda Civic from its spot on Meeker Avenue near Leonard Street on Jan. 26. The victim realized it was missing at about 4:30 pm.

• Some jerk stole a 2006 Audi from its spot on Roebling and N. Eighth streets on Jan. 29. The victim tried to find the car at about 9 am, to no avail.

• A thief took a 2011 Acura from N. 12th Street near Wythe Avenue on Jan. 29. The victim noticed it missing at about 9 pm.
